Your regulars download your app: your name, your icon, on their home screen. At the till they show the QR code on their loyalty card.

Staff scan to add a point

Staff scan from the staff side of the app, one point per qualifying order. The customer's balance pops up on their own phone, instantly.

Ten points, free drink

At ten points the reward unlocks. Staff scan once more to redeem, the counter resets, and your regular walks out planning their next visit.

    The first chat

    We come to your cafe, or we do it on a call, whichever suits you. We show you the live app on a real phone, talk through your reward and your regulars, and you get a fixed price and timeline in writing. No obligation either way.

  2. 02

    Your accounts, set up properly

    This is the bit most people never see. You create your own Apple Developer, Google Play and database accounts, with us guiding you through every screen, and then invite us in as a developer. Apple and Google will ask you to verify your identity and send you the odd confirmation code along the way; we'll tell you exactly when to expect them. It's a little admin up front, but it's why the app is genuinely yours.

    The build

    Your app comes together on the proven Loyza build: your brand, your reward, your menu, your own database hosted in London. Partway through, you get it on your own phone to try before anything goes public, and we refine it until it feels right.

    Store review & launch

    We prepare the listings, screenshots and legal pages, then submit to both stores and handle the review process, including anything Apple or Google come back with. Most builds go from kickoff to submission in 3–4 weeks.
