Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This policy explains how Loyza ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, loyza.co.uk. It covers this website only; apps we build for client cafes have their own privacy policies published by each cafe.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, cafe name, email address, area (optional) and message. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Call bookings: if you book a call through the scheduling widget on our contact page, the booking is handled by Calendly and subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
We do not run advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
How form submissions are processed
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via an automation service we operate. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or added to marketing lists.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated). We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email contact@loyza.co.uk and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
